Ad-hoc or fixed monthly retainer

Inzen offers either ongoing support plans for a fixed monthly price or time-based ad-hoc support. Since all clients are different, please contact us to see what is the best offer we can make to you.

Hours of Service and Response Time

Inzen I.T. Support is available 8am until 6pm every weekday. For clients on a Managed Service / retainer, calls outside this time will also be fielded and the issue addressed as quickly as possible.

Inzen prides itself on extremely fast response times. We usually answer the phone in the first few rings, or at worst get back to you within 10 minutes of your call. More often than not, we will remote onto the relevant computer or device within seconds while talking to you on the phone.
