When I took over the management of the JSB Lighting website three years ago, with no previous web management experience, I found Peter at Inzen to be a most valuable and helpful provider of support, and, over the years, readily available to assist with the implementation of new functions or to jump in at short notice to rectify a glitch.  We have rarely, if ever, experienced a service failure resulting in our website being down.  When we launched our website well over five years ago, we were providing what our suppliers were not at the time – somewhere for clients to browse and download both visual and technical information in a concise and easy to follow manner.  Kaboodle, Inzen’s proprietary website builder, provided a flexible platform on which to present this information.  In addition, the CRM feature allowed us to communicate with clients using electronic mailouts, something we were not doing before then.  Our website and Peter Heery have long served us well and we have been very happy with both.
